At Preegaura, we carefully pack every jewellery order before dispatch.

Preegaura follows a No Return Policy. We do not accept returns on our jewellery products.

If the product is received damaged, it will be eligible for an exchange.

Customers are requested to contact us after receiving the damaged product so that the exchange can be processed.

We do not provide refunds. In case of a damaged product, only an exchange will be provided.
